PRAYER FOR SERENITY

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

The courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time,
enjoying one moment at a time;

Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace;

Taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is;
not as I would have it;

Trusting that You will make all things right
if I surrender to your will;

So that I may be reasonably happy in this life

And supremely happy with You forever in the next.
AMEN

Welcome!

The purpose of Celebrate Recovery's ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the "8 Recovery Principles." This experience allows us to "be changed." By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power - Jesus Christ, the one and only true Higher Power.

  • Where respect is given to each member.

  • Where confidentiality is highly regarded.

    others to know who you are.

  • A place for healthy challenges and healthy risks.

  • A possible turning point in your life.

  • A place for selfish control.

  • Therapy.

  • A place for secrets.

  • A place to look for dating relationships.

Who Is Celebrate Recovery For?
Celebrate Recovery is for anyone interested in having God free them from addictions, compulsions, and their hurts, hang-ups, and habits.  Although Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program, it is not restricted by any religion or denomination.

Small Group Programs
Small groups are one of the most important elements of Celebrate Recovery. The program is built upon the New Testament principle that we don’t get well by ourselves – recovery must happen in the context of community.

What Can Celebrate Recovery Small Groups Do?
Celebrate Recovery’s small groups provide a safe place to share your experiences, strengths, and hopes with others who are going through the “Principles” in a Christ-centered recovery, with a leader who has gone through a similar hurt, hang-up, or habit who will facilitate the group as it focuses on the Steps of recovery.  Celebrate Recovery will also provide you with the opportunity to find a sponsor and accountability partners and attend recovery meetings throughout the week.
